As such, we have established and implemented this Privacy Policy to inform visitors to and users of the Site how we use and protect the information we collect through the Site. By visiting the Site or using any of its features, you consent to the collection, use, storage, deletion and disclosure of information by RentFax, LLC relating to you as set forth in this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is effective as of the date set forth above and is only applicable to the Site and not to any other website that you may be able to access from the Site which may have its own data collection and use practices and policies.

INFORMATION COLLECTED
Personal information means any information that can be used to identify and contact you, e.g., name, street address, email address, etc. You do not need to submit personal information to access certain areas of the Site, but if you do not want to disclose certain personal information to us, you will not be able to access certain features of the Site.

When you are purchasing products through the Site, in addition to your email address, you will be required to provide your name and a password that you choose, billing address, and credit card or other payment information.

Corporate Profile users, however, agree to share their contact information and allow Corporate Administrators to view their contact information via the Administrative tools.

Though every reasonable effort is made to preserve user privacy, we may need to share the personal information we collect from you under the following circumstances if we have a good faith belief that, (i) access, use, preservation or disclosure of such information is reasonably necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process, such as a court order or subpoena, or a request by law enforcement or governmental authorities, (ii) such action is appropriate to enforce the Terms of Use for the Site, including any investigation of potential violations thereof, (iii) such action is necessary to detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues associated with the Site, or (iv) such action is appropriate to protect the rights, property or safety of RentFax LLC, its employees, users of the Site or others.

OPTING-OUT, EDITING, UPDATING OR DELETING PERSONAL INFORMATION
Email transmissions are a vital and primary channel of communication between RentFax, LLC and its registered users and customers. As a registered member of the Site, you hereby acknowledge and grant RentFax, LLC the permission to communicate with you via email (as well as other communication channel such as phone or fax) for any purposes determined to be relevant including, but not limited to, system messages, listing inquiries, product updates, service announcements and other important messages.

You may update or delete your personal information or modify your account preferences for the Site by accessing the "My Account" area of the Site. Please note that you cannot unsubscribe from certain correspondence from us, including messages relating to your account transactions, system messages, listing inquiries, and account update emails which contain important information. Requesting the deletion of certain types of user information may prevent users from accessing some of the features of the Site.

Users who do not wish to receive marketing emails such as the newsletter or other non-necessary promotional emails, may opt-out of this service by emailing support@rentfaxproc.com. If you no longer desire our service entirely, you may deactivate your membership by sending an email to support@rentfaxpro.com with 'Cancel Membership' in the subject line. Please note that when you delete your account, we may retain your account information for a reasonable period of time afterward for the purpose of internal account management and fraud prevention activities.

RentFax, LLC reserves the right to communicate with its users via email and phone to provide information about requested services and regarding issues related to their account. It is important to note that this communication is not used for marketing or promotional purposes.

THIRD PARTY SITES
This Privacy Policy does not cover the information practices of third party websites linked to the Site. Although we encourage such third parties to adopt and follow their own privacy policies, we are not responsible for their collection and use of your personal information. You should refer to the privacy policies and statements of other websites or contact the respective webmasters of those websites to obtain information regarding their information collection, use and disclosure policies. When you have clicked on a third party logo displayed on our Site which links you to a different website, our Privacy Policy no longer applies and you must read the privacy policy of the third party to see how your personal information will be handled on their website.
